Haukanes Fjord Cabins consist of 5 rental objects – four cosy cabins on Haukanes and a charming house on Skjelnes. We offer boat rental for guests.
Cabin 1
This is a great cabin right by the Hardangerfjord. The cabin has a large terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a view of the fjords and the mountains. The cabin is well-equipped for six people and has three bedrooms, a newly renovated kitchen and a bathroom.
Guests can rent bed linen and towels.
Haukanes Fjord Cabins is a registered tourist fishing business, and guests can rent boats at the boat harbour right by the cabin.
Lockable exterior storage with freezer.

“Neristova” farmhouse
This charming old farmhouse for rent on beautiful Varaldsøy is located in a rural area, about 500 m from the ferry dock, with stunning views towards Hardangerfjorden, Folgefonna and Kvinnheradfjella. The house is approx 90 m2, plus a loft with three bedrooms/loft living room.
Eleven good sleeping places, plus a baby bed, kitchen and bathroom, were refurbished in 2022/23. The house offers a terrace, outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Significant hiking areas are right outside the door, about 500 to the beach. Guests can rent bed linen and towels.
Guests can rent a 14-foot boat with a 9.9 horsepower engine.
